My card won’t scan/stopped feeding. What should I do?

If your scanner is not scanning cards, AmbirScan for Athenahealth may not be running.

1. You should see the AmbirScan for Athenahealth icon in your system tray, in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you don't see it, click on the arrow(shown below) to see additional programs running.



Once you click on the arrow, you should see the AmbirScan Icon:

2. Next Right-click on the AmbirScan icon in your system tray and select Show. This is open the AmbirScan Application and you can begin to scan

If you don't see the icon in the systems tray as described, Double click the AmbirScan icon on your desktop, and follow steps 1 and 2 above.
